1. Refund Policy

Due to the prepaid nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds after payment. This applies to:

  • Google Workspace Accounts: These accounts are prepaid, and we pay Google directly on your behalf.
  • Domains: Domain registrations are prepaid, and the costs are non-refundable once processed.

2. Service Renewal and Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your service:

  • You must notify us at least 7 days before your renewal date.
  • Failure to provide prior notice will result in automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations made within the 7-day period before renewal cannot be refunded.

3. Exceptions to the Policy

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were unable to use the service due to an error on our part (e.g., failure to deliver the accounts).
  • Refund requests are submitted within 7 days of purchase and for unused accounts only.

4. Why We Follow a Prepaid Model

  • Google and Domain Providers Require Prepayment: As a reseller, we must pay upfront for Google Workspace licenses and domain registrations.
  • Commitment to Service Quality: Prepaid systems ensure uninterrupted service and a seamless experience for our clients.
