1. Service Overview
- EmailAstra provides pre-warmed Google Workspace accounts, domain registration, DNS setup, and email solutions for cold email campaigns.
- All accounts and domains are prepaid, and services are delivered based on the chosen package at the time of purchase.
2. Account Usage
- Accounts provided by EmailAstra are intended solely for cold email and professional outreach purposes.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws. Misuse, including sending unsolicited bulk emails, is strictly prohibited.
- EmailAstra is not responsible for accounts flagged, suspended, or banned due to improper use or policy violations.
3. Payment and Renewals
- All services are prepaid, and payments must be completed before account activation or renewal.
- Google Workspace Accounts and Domain Registrations are non-refundable as they require upfront payments to third-party providers.
- Renewal notifications will be sent in advance. Clients must inform EmailAstra at least 7 days before the renewal date if they wish to cancel a service. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal, and no refunds will be issued for renewed services.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available for activated or used accounts and domains.
- Refunds may be considered only for unused accounts if requested within 7 days of purchase, and only in cases where EmailAstra fails to deliver the promised service.
5. Service Delivery
- EmailAstra ensures timely delivery of pre-warmed accounts and related services. However, delivery timelines may vary based on account configuration and technical requirements.
- EmailAstra does not guarantee specific campaign results, as deliverability and outreach success depend on client practices and external factors.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with all legal requirements, including data protection and anti-spam laws.
- Clients must maintain the integrity of their accounts and avoid actions that could harm domain reputation or email deliverability.
7. Support
- EmailAstra provides 24/7 support to assist clients with account setup, DNS configuration, and campaign optimization.
- Support does not extend to managing or monitoring client campaigns beyond technical setup.
8. Limitation of Liability
- EmailAstra is not liable for losses resulting from improper use of services, violations of email policies, or third-party platform restrictions.
- EmailAstra’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
9. Termination
- EmailAstra reserves the right to terminate services without notice if clients violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
- Clients may also terminate their services by providing notice 7 days before renewal.
10. Modifications to Terms
- EmailAstra reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email, and continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EmailAstra operates.
